The Reg 16 stage - Public Consultation by CWaC on our Submitted Neighbourhood Plan has now concluded. Comments received by CWaC will be considered by the Independent Examiner who has been appointed to undertake the examination of the Darnhall Neighbourhood Plan. At the conclusion of that process the Examiner may make modifications to the plan and once any changes are applied the Local Authority will organise a referendum for Darnhall residents to vote on the Plan.

The Darnhall Neighbourhood Plan and supporting documents have been reviewed by Cheshire West and Chester Council and are considered to meet the relevant legal and procedural requirements. As such, the Local Authority will publicise the Darnhall Neighbourhood Development Plan for a minimum period of 6 weeks.
This period will commence on Monday 12th October 2020 and conclude on Monday 30th November 2020.
