Following successful completion of the Independent Examination of the Darnhall Neighbourhood Plan, the modified version of the document is now available.
The process of formal approval from CWaCC Cabinet Member for Housing, Planning & Climate Emergency for the Darnhall Neighbourhood Plan to be modified in line with the Examiner’s recommendation and proceed to referendum will start week commencing 15 February 2021. There is a 5 working day period in which the Cabinet Member has to make the decision and then a 3 day call-in period after that.
This version of The Neighbourhood Plan is posted here for public information with the caveat that the Plan in its modified format has not yet been agreed and the formal decision that the Plan can proceed to referendum is still pending. The referendum on whether to formally adopt the Darnhall Neighbourhood Plan is expected to take place in May 2021 but this also is yet to be confirmed.
